Teriyaki sauce recipe Ingredients 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 cup sake/ white wine (Wine worked, but sake is better.) 1/4 c brown sugar 1/4 cup honey 1.5 teaspoons minced garlic 1.5 teaspoons minced ginger 1 teaspoon chili oil 1 tablespoon cornstarch 2 tablespoons water Directions Heat liquids, sugar, honey & spices until dissolved. Mix cornstarch & water until smooth. Add to liquid mixture, to thicken. Allow to cool & store in glass jar. Great on chicken, pork, lamb, etc.
