The Haul: February 27th - March 4th, 2012

thanks! i seem to have ALBOEAD ... yeah it`s got blonde scales, the orange tinge is from post-processing the pic. I don`t really like the plastic scales, so I`ve already commissioned my father to make me new ones; he`s a madman with that kinda stuff; always made his own knives n stuff.

Thanks. I think that will do me for new razors. I now have a selection to keep me shaving and hopefully will start looking around for vintage razors after I improve my honing skills

Arriving today is a four pack of Wars from Poland. Smells great, I hope it performs as good as it smells.

 

Well, you know that once those scales are done, we are going to need to see a picture.

A sample of Lilac Ice shave soap for me.

Mama Bear included a generous sample of Lavender Vanilla soap at no cost. The tub is less than 1/4 full, but I'm sure I'll get plenty of shaves from it.

 

woohoo, another little package waiting for me when I got home today. the 404 is heavy! i can't wait to use it

 

The handle is amazing and luckily the least amazing thing about the brush. I really like my 404. If Vulfix wanted to they could get more for it, it is that good.

 

Yalp. The 404 is my main brush. I use Chubzz 1 too because it is an awesome little badger, but yeah; the 404 and the R-41 are pretty much all I need.

 

I got a neat little goodie today- a Gillette razor tin.

It is shown with a blade, just for scale; it didn't come with any, which is fine. I just wanted the tin, for the blades I am currently using.

 

I'm sooo psyched to finally try this!

You are really going to be mad when you do. You will love it so much, then realize you can't get any more. That was one of my all time favorite creams and I wish I would of hoarded it like I am the Floid Blue.

 

I've wanted Old Spice soap for awhile ,so picked this up from Hanzo and look at those extras he's included!

 

You are probably correct. I'll likely try this out and then release it back into the wild here in the marketplace.

 

Well, I could not resist. I just had to give this stuff a try and tomorrow I will do just that. Just a quick sniff from the open bottle, I like it. But the real test is when you put it on your face.

I've wondered what the diff. is between the Blue and Suave ingredients list. Any idea yet?
