Indeed I am confusing them. I was making the assumption that a digital broadcast was the same as HD -- which it is not.

A NOS Canadian Schick type E-3?, w/instructions and copper blank blade. Weird setup, the case is Bakelite but the handle is an early plastic??





An Ever Ready 1914 "Army Kit"

 

My latest hauls:

Starting with the Georgetown scuttle and going clockwise, there is a Rocket, a 1930's English open comb Aristocrat, an English #47 (very similar to a Senator), a Blue Tip SS, and a 20mm silvertip Knotty Badger in black palm.

All razors are nice and minty looking!

Oh, yeah -- and some Injectors and creams.

 

Got about a gallon of different oils. Having a go at cold process soap making this weekend.

I've bought two "homemade" shaving soaps recently, and i'm not impressed with the lather

Wow, I don't know how I missed this post. Some awesome scores there! I love English Gillettes.

 

Well, I forgot to check the mail yesterday (wasn't expecting this for a couple more days). Went out earlier today, in the rain, and saw a box sticking out of the mailbox (getting quite wet) so I rescued it. Box was soggy, contents fine. It really is amazing how much light these little things put out. Puts my 2 D-cell Mag-Lite to shame (a LOT!) and it's only 5" long!!

Does it take 2 - CR123's? it's an LED right? Did it come with the long pocket clip like in the picture.... or the short one?

 

Same clip as shown. Correct on LED and the batteries. Came with 2 batts, my spares should be here tomorrow. Don't know why they shipped separately.

 

Nice Michael, let me know if you find a source for cheaper batteries. Surefire's site has them the cheapest I've seen at $21 for a dozen....shipping is another $7

 

Rene, can you get satelite? HD is great and with all you've bought, it be a shame to waste it on regular TV.
