hello fellow shavers,its been a while...found a mint canadian old type at a 2nd hand store,and stuff in the mail.... slight crack in handle,1 orig 3 hole blade still wrapped.no markings other than gillette diamond and made in canada.case is mint but dusty inside.orig outer sleeve is ok.this thing sat for decades in a dark dry place.speick is awesome.it came back with a friend from germany.b amd m soap is awesome.their take on sun up.have the splash as well but not pictured.gary

 

My wife had a business meeting 100 miles from the house today and I decided to drive her and go razor hunting. I saw a couple of ODH boxes in a display and asked to take a look. I found five nice razors in that case and gave them a lowball offer, which they accepted. I found the old pipe rack in the same shop. The W&B was from another shop. It was a good day

This display looked promising.

Picked up a bar of Goats Milk Soap yesterday at a small artisan show - Made in the Mitten near my house. The brand is Daisygirl (I am secure enough in my manhood to buy and use) and the scent is Citrus Spice. It smells really nice and I plan to add it to my daily face washing pre-shave routine. Her products appear to be very high quality, unfortunately, at this time she does not produce shave soaps.

 

Saw these beauties and snatched them up really quick. Both should make for straight forward restorations as both are in very nice shape!

Thanks, and no need to apologize. I suffer from a lack of abbreviation comprehension, but my imagination (and a quick search) offered some alternative meanings. None had a positive shaving connotation.

My first ever soaps arrived and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna throw in an extra shave just to try one.

Definitely more excited about the Tabac than the D R Harris, despite the price difference! Lovely present from the in-laws.

It always seems to happen when I am expecting something that I need to finish a project. USPS tracking was down and the mail ran over three hours late and didn't know if it would show up. But the Maggard 24mm black and white knot finally showed up. Just wish a straight razor that was supposed to be here today didn't get sent to the wrong city in the opposite direction...............

 

I believe this is the same knot that Jayaruh used in my JR#168... looking at yours I'm mega excited! It looks gorgeous
