Picked up a few things recently.

First up is some Old Spice Lime. A soap on a rope and some talc. Both appear to be unused.







I already have one of the newer round soaps so I was pleased to get one of the older lime shaped ones. Both the soap and the talc still have some scent left despite their age.

Next up is a set of Aqua Velva novelty aftershaves. Each one is over half full.





The green one is upside down because it has a tiny hole near the bottom that apparently just appeared because it's at least three quarters full.

I called them "novelty" because apparently "p0ker ch1ps" is a banned word unless you substitute a couple of characters

 

Then today I was surprised to find a special box in my mail.
I hadn't ordered anything so imagine my surprise when I popped open a gift from @Enrico .

A one-of-a-kind brush hand crafted by @Enrico that's already been featured elsewhere on this forum. Those who are well read will recognize this lovely piece of work.
She was a little shy at first but once we started posing she really got going.
I'm thinking tomorrow morning I might get her lathered up for the first time.

I visited Portland Razor Co today and couldn’t resist spending money

 

just arrived ..gillette brit flat bottom thin handle tech from england . handle and case could be for a new rfb oc ...

 

You didn't come home with a new razor or two ???

New to the stable today is a Gillette Slim L3 that I picked up at a yard sale. It had a dispenser of Gillette Super Blue Blades dated X3 (1977). One of those blades was still in the razor.

The razor itself was a little gunky, but looked like it would clean up nicely. I had to scrape a little scum off the bottom to uncover the L3, 1966.

I sprayed the razor with Kaboom and let it set for about five minutes, rinsed it in hot water, and then soaked it in some hot Dawn water for a spell.

I scrubbed it with a tooth brush and rinsed it off. That is all the cleaning it got. It turned out real shiny.







Now I have a back up Slim. I may adopt it out to a newbie one day.

 

Insane is the word that comes to mind. Game Changer 84. With a little polish. As close to a I need to get until I win the lottery.
