A guy decides to take an early swim at the hotel's pool. He sees an old man lounging by the pool. "How's the water?" he asks the old man. "Lukewarm," he hears the old man say. He jumps in, and the water is ice-freezing-cold! "I thought you said it was lukewarm," he shouts at the old man. "It look warm to me."
