This razor was in its original packaging for 57 years. I gave it some love today and shaved with it for this razors very first time. Well it passed with flying colors and what a nice shave it gave. This razor will stay in my rotation for sure. I love Schick Krona razors and the way they shave. Happy Shaves To Everyone, Bill G
I totally agree with you but I am Schick poor .. LOL I am also very fortunate here as I have the one that I just opened in this thread stamped Schick/Krona on the doors made in the USA & patent pending on base plate. I also have a 1964/65 short metal TTO knob smooth brushed finish doors with Schick + + on the TTO knob and 111 and a small Schick stamp on the base plate only in mint condition with a black white hard plastic case. I have a 1966/68 with the red white hard plastic case stamped Schick & Krona on the doors and made in the USA & patent pending on the base plate in mint condition and two 1970/71 Warner Lambert era razors with Schick/Schick on the doors and made in the USA patent pending no longer on base plate in original yellow packaging and a 1972 razor stamped Schick/Schick in original yellow packaging made in USA and no patent pending on base plate. I also have two great condition antique store Schick finds with no packaging one Schick/Krona on doors and one Schick /Schick on the doors for a total of 8 Schick double edge razors. I am totally Schick razor poor..LOL but love them all. Happy Shaves, Bill G
