My Wife surprised me with this product from Target the other day (Dove Men Care Post Shave Balm). All I can say is this stuff is great. It's not oily, greasy or sticky in any way the product is very light and refreshing and has a soft mild pleasing scent. The product is very moisturizing and it soaks in to the skin pretty fast. I am very pleased with the Dove Men's Care Post Shave Balm and it has become one of my favorite after shave balms to date.

It just leaves the face feeling great.

    Happy Shave On To All,

I picked some of this up in a pinch when traveling through Texas. I don't remember what flavor, but it worked well and smelled great.

I also recently picked up a tube. I've been really happy with it.

Don't know about anyone else but most "no burn" balms still give me a tiny bit of sting. Does this stuff do that for anyone?

So much that I can't use it. Whatever is in it burns me whether I shaved or not. Nivea does as well. Other balms, usually not. I don't know what it is.

Glad it's not just me. I've thought about sitting down and figuring out exactly what does it but I've found exactly two products that don't have the effect: some obsolete baby diaper rash cream we have left over, and Lucky Tiger. Whatever they don't have that the others do, is probably the culprit.

About $5.00 at your average discount store like Target.

I thought I liked balms until I discovered Alum and Witch Hazel. Now I don't use balms at all and my face has never felt or looked better.

Dove Men Care also has a shave cream at Target worth trying.

Don't recall trying that but my wife happens to have out a tube of the stuff I use for the 4 year old's runny nose:

I'm assuming this is dead stock because I see just one last tube at Amazon. But my wise Wife says she has a few tubes put back (so I'm now forbidden to use it). The ingredients do not list alcohol, so that's probably why no sting...so I smeared a little on after this morning's Guiding Eye/carbon blade shave. Soooooothing, just as the Wicked Witch of the West once said.

I heard that stuff is very good. I'd like to try it, since it's available here where I live.
