I tried Eton College for the first time tonight. This was my one August purchase after NBJ. I'm a fan of TOBS, but I haven't explored many of their scents. Good stuff. I'm trying to get into their barbershop scents and this was my second one, the first being St. James. I think Eton was a bit slicker than other creams of theirs that I've tried, and it lathered better too. The scent's subtle and I can't decide if I like it, or am just neutral on it. As an aftershave I put on AV Musk, just because it shouldn' thave mixed well with Eton. Surprisingly, it does. It layers really well. I can smell the Musk and there's still a bit of a bottm layer of Eton. Definitely recommended.
I've still been using Eton College to see how it mixes with aftershaves, and it's meeting everything very well. Today I put on Clubman, and both blend quite well together. I'm thinking this might be the sought after neutral scent that's not actually scentless.
