    My top cheapo's:

    Cella
    Proraso
    Haslinger
    Vergulde hand (dutch brand)
    Proraso

    I only received the haslinger a couple of day's ago and haven't tried it yet. I hope it performs well.

    I don’t know if anyone has mentioned this but Van Der Hagen luxury is good for a under $5 soap. I know a lot of folks like VDH, but the luxury is also decent.

    3. Italian Barber Amichi (2.99 USD for 5oz!)
    4. Ogallala Bay Rum Limes and Peppercorns (5.75 USD)
