Travel tech question

Hi I got a 1968 travel tech in original leather case yesterday and the leather is getting hard and I was wondering what I could use to soften it up and also if anyone knows where to get a replacement/ reproduction case so I can put the original leather case up so it doesn't get damaged

 

I've got one of those, too. You can treat the leather with saddle soap or glove oil. I think either will help preserve it. I don't know of replica cases, but Maggards has a leather case for travel razors.

i have the top one, its bit stronger red....... is it real leather or pleather?

 

The stamp says, "Case Made in Austria Leather." I assume real leather.
