Probably overpaid, and I'm pretty sure it's been pieced together, but the price hit my sweet spot, and it tickled my eyes just right. After buying it, I got to inspect a little closer and realized the handle for the brush is split. Oh well, maybe I can track one down some day. Also not entirely sure the gold razor is stock for this kit, instinct tells me it's not, but it's immaculate. Even if it is hodgepodge, I feel like I got a fair deal. I'm entertaining some thoughts on customizing the kit.
To me all that matters is that you like it. So the price does not play into it so much. As long as you feel good about the price. It is the little things in life that make us happy. Silly stuff like razors.
