I just got my six pack sampler from TSD store. Just curious, about how many shaves should I get out of each sampler? Not really sure how much or how little to use. Thanks all!
Which scents did you get? Just curious since I am planning on ordering some myself If you would take a picture of the container I could take a guess based on the picture. You should only need an almond sized amount to create enough lather for 2-3 passes

So without a picture..can you estimate how many uses you will get based on the 'almond sized' recommendation I made? Like I said, I too am thinking about buying a sample pack and want to know how many uses I will get out of it
From the sample size cream containers from the TSD store, I can easily get 3 shaves, sometimes 4 out of them. Of course this can vary from technique and water hardness, along with other variables.
Just use enough for good lather. If you can get 2 good shaves with decent lather from a sampler, it is way better that getting 3 or even 4 with subpar lather.
I received my six pack a week ago but have only used one sample so far. The one I tried (Castle & Forbes Lavender) produced a lot of lather with the "almond size" reference. Based on that, I expect to get 6 to 8 shaves from the sample.
I used a small sample tub of the Old Spice Lime on my vacation to Disney World. I'm pretty sure I got 4-5 shaves out of it. She fills them plenty full, and the OS at least lathers explosively. BTW ... 2 thumbs up on the Shulton OS Lime. I'm pretty sure I've never gotten less than 3-4 full shaves from any of the sample tubs I've ordered ( that I used up at least ... some of the Dettols I may never finish LOL ), but I take care to use as small of nodule of cream as I need. I even load the brush from the excess that sticks to the cap LOL.
I get four shaves from that amount of cream with most products. A rare product or two will go further or not as far. I haven't used Tabac cream or Arko cream, but I know the others are fairly typical.
3-4 shaves has been my experience. Nice choice of creams but you should have also tried some of Joanna's TSD creams. They are great stuff.
