Tumi?

Curiosity question...anyone familiar with the Tumi brand? Found a leather computer bag today, made in China but is very well put together of fairly heavy chocolate leather. Never heard of the brand before. Anyone? Thanks.

 

Nope. Like you, I've never heard of it.

 

Contacted them after I posted this, there was a metal ID tag inside with a serial and If Found number. Turns out the bag predates 2006, that's when the line was discontinued.

 

I've seen very expensive luggage with that brand name on it. I don't know if it was good; just that it was expensive.

 

Tumi stuff lasts forever.

 

So far it's holding up like a tank.
