I fancy either a white twsbi eco or a pilot prera demonstrator. Both are the same price. Can't decide which is the best. Both seem to have good nibs. I'm left handed but don't think it makes a difference here. Twsbi have had issues with older models but they seem to have resolved these with the eco. I like the twsbi nib in appearance but don't like the cap so much. I love the coloured ends of the prera. If I had a prera I would try the eyedropper approach so long as it doesn't leak. Could the prera be too small unposted. Questions questions.
Buying both is not an option.
Ink will be diamond eau de nil. Blue/green for those that aren't familiar with it.
The pen must last for decades.
    Opinions sought.
    Thanks

I would go with the Prera, between those two. I never tried a TWBSI pen, to be fair, but I only had good experiences with Pilot pens.

I'd call the Prera a midsize pen. Think Pelikan M400 for instance. Works fine for me unposted, but that is personal preference.

    Edit: damn autocorrect.

I haven't used either pen, but you can't go wrong with a demo.. .they're just plain cool. Based on looks alone, I'm voting for the twsbi (in demo black). I just like the cap more then the one on the pilot.

I am familiar with the Pilot & like it. But I have never used the other pen.
