Under the nose

I've been using a Mercur Futur for a few years now, but it is just too large to shave under my nose. If I turn it sideways the blade is recessed too deep in the head. If I use it straight up and down, it just doesn't seem to fit. I've ended up just using a small double blade razor that I got at the drugstore with an orange handle and 10 cartridges for $ 10.
I was just wondering what other guys use to get a close shave under the nose?

A thin headed razor like a Gillette Tech should work.

If I recall correctly, Mantic has a large nose, and he just pushed the nose to one side and shaved.

I just turn the razor and shave from the middle out on each side, and then I go from the outside towards the middle on each side on my second pass.

Personally, when using a TTO I use a finger at the tip of my nose and push up while making a stiff upper lip and go inside out then outside in.

I used a Futur for many years and didn't have a problem shaving under my nose. I just pushed it to the side. Of course, we likely have different noses;).

Yep, I push nose tip up, stiff lip and shave down, then push nose tip up and to one side and shave down and a little into the nostril. Same on other side...Quick and easy!

Course if you use a Schick injector all this is superfluous. Injectors are so intuitive!

:signs011: 45˚ angle. You are literally only using 1/2 of the razor.
