Inspired by @James Kleinkauf's recent acquisitions, I thought there ought to be a dedicated thread for the rare, unusual, or just plain pretty shaving soap or cream tubs, jars and bowls in your collection. Repurposed or otherwise.

Show us what you have. :)

I guess I'll start us off.

Thuja/thuya wood bowl. The MdC "brain" bowls used to be made of thuja wood, but they have since switched to something more sustainable.

Thank you. It used to have a Trinity Broadcasting Network pewter crest on the lid (My mom was a frequent donor). I scraped it off, and then tossed it in my shaving stuff. Recently dug it back out and used SiC grit to remove most of the scratches I made scraping off the logo. I haven't decided what soap to put in it yet, so it's full of blades I plan to use.

I looked online for something similar, because it really will make an awesome shave bowl, and turned up nada.
