I just watched this razor sell for $305 on eBay. This hobby is getting too expensive for my budget.

It was a really nice looking razor. I just can't see paying $300 plus.

Go to look at the seller... cedarfurnitureman's razors always go high... good photography goes a long way. Of course in this case, having a not-oft seen complete Goodwill set with no cracks in the handle helps too. I wouldn't have paid that for it though.

He sold a Gillette Senator a couple of minutes later for $300+ I believe to the same buyer.

Click to view his other items, then choose Complete Listings on the left hand side of options... you'll see all kinds of overpriced razors, that sold.

Overpriced is kind of a relative concept, isn't it?

Interesting that it was listed a week earlier starting @ 0.99 and got no bids.

It wasn't up long enough to get any bids. The seller ended the listing almost immediately after listing it.
