    The truth is I started with my dad's Schick Injector and then switched to the Trac II around 72 when it came out. I picked up the 74 Super Speed and my birth year razors (two Z date code Super Speeds) as well as a NOS Trac II and a NOS Schick Injector for plain ole sentiment. I was lucky that Gillette went from the 1940's design model to the 1950's design during my birthday year so I got a bonus of having two different S.S. to choose from. Of course I picked both...

    very cool sir..nice razor sets..unfortunately shaving wasn't a comfy job for me in my teens,not really the razors fault i am sure..

    awesome shave sir..i think the only difference between the brit and the u.s. versions are the blade tray/baseplates..and plating of course..:)

    To me it does yes. I can put a pic side by side with a Senator. I don’t have a Sheraton.

    Here are the 3 types I have. The 36’ English is heavier. I can’t tell much a difference in the senator or the 34’ crat. [​IMG]
