Does anyone make wedges. Or does anyone 3d print wedges. I'm now able to remove scales. First try wasnt too bad. I need to improve. I cut into the scales a bit. But still not bad. I need to replace the wedge.

Make your own, out of just about anything. Be creative, and use what you think will look good.

How do you taper the wedges?

Just use more pressure on one end. I cheat and sand a piece, to the taper I want, then cut it to size. Easier than working with small sizes.

Would guitar picks work? If so what thickness is needed.

Measure the thickness of the blade where you want it to sit against the scales when closed- that will be the thicker end. Then a rough rule of thumb is to taper it to 1/2 that width at the other end.

    Seems a little thin.

Yeah I tried making it clear from the title I was talking about wedges on scales and not wedge razors.
