What do you make of this razor?

I received this razor in a trade quite a while back. I think it's hideous. Is it a Maggard? Anyone know anything about them?

See if you can polish out that rainbow coloring, then it might look better.

 

Could it be a Maggard 18c? That razor had a titanium anodized finish. Meaning it's supposed to look like that?

I've never shaved with it, for fear I will like it and then Be forced to keep it.

 

Looks like annodized titanium to me. I have a folding knife with a titanium frame with a similar rainbow annodize.

I have a Maggard MR18C that has that same finish. I think it looks cool, and is a unique color for a razor.

 

My intention was to PIF it to the first person who showed interest in it. I guess you won it.

 

I just got the MR18C, too. I think it looks very good with my Maggard V3A head. But, I wish I had that razor head though. I think it's awesome.

 

That looks like the same head on the MRG, another great Maggard razor, lot of audio feedback, but I find the MR18C to be a bit more mild and less agressive, not super mild but somewhere in the middle.

I favor Lime Patchouli scented anything! Can I hear your thoughts about the product @Spud ? I've been off and on using Shave Secret. It has a BayRum like scent I'm not partial to.
Same for you @tntsl , let me know what you think about the PS Oil?

 

I was really pumped when I ordered the pre shave emulsion but really didn't care for it. I thought I would like the scent but it reminded me of a disinfectant like lemon Lysol. Plus I found it irritating to my skin. I believe @Jayaruh mentioned he found it to be a bit irritating as well. I can't say if it added anything to my shave, as I never used it long enough. It certainly is a pleasure to use as far as an "oil" goes, as it washes away without any mess or residue.
