What should be in a barbershop soap?

    Cigars and freshly-minted Playboy magazines.

Although there are many variations of the 'barbershop' scent I feel that powder and/or talc must be present to some degree.

I think barbershop should smell like talcum powder. Just my .02, what ingredients that requires IDK.

Personally I have Clubman, Fine American Blend, Ghost Town Barber, and Barrister and Mann Seville. All of these are barbershop scents, all of them are really nice, and very different. The only real staples it seems are hints of citrus (Bergamot) something floral (Lavender) and a powdery dry down. So simply put Citrus floral powder there you go.
