I'm at a loss. So much out there, I can't make up my mind. So, that's where you come in!

I'm going to order a cream, maybe two. Vote for one above, and give a quick review of what you like about it, or why I would like it. Winner ends up in my shave den.

    What I like:
Proraso Red and Green in a tube
    TOBS Sandalwood
    Razorock Green Tea (Croap)

I'm only going to keep this open for a few days, as I want to order more cream soon!

Biotique Bio Palmyra. It's the best kept secret in India. Priced right. Lathers beautifully. Smell great. Slick. Cushiony.

Any of the Proraso crèmes in the tube are excellent. A bit more $$, but a big tube.
Palmolive Classic (w/Palm oil extract) is my favorite travel soap. Relatively inexpensive,(in case I leave it in motel) small tube for packing, smells GREAT.
I'm liking Ingram better with each use. Bargain priced, and the lanolin + menthol is very good.

You've already tried the Proraso red and the green (in a tube) so you owe it to yourself to try the blue. The aloe and vitamin E formula is excellent and I highly recommend it.

TOBS? Trumpers? Truefitt and Hill? LA Shaving company makes a nice croap! Mikes Natural is so slick and cushioned that I can't get a close shave with it unless I use a razor on the more aggressive side of my spectrum. There are so many really, really good creams and soft soaps!

Since you narrowed the field, I voted for the Blue for the reasons stated by John. I really like it.......maybe pull it out tomorrow again!

That is great idea, I will suggest two that I've been getting great results with.

    1. TOBS Jermyn Street cream, very nicely scented easy to lather and provides a great cushion.

    2. Cella fantastic scent long, long lasting aroma and really is effortless to apply.

Best of luck, I look forward to seeing what you decide.

I've actually been eyeing the wheat cream in an unscented formula as I want to experiment with creating my own scents. I will keep that in mind for a future purchase.

So far, a lot of overall good ideas in the 'other' category. It's still anybody's ball game here, folks!

You don't have to order it, so this might not ring your bells, but have you tried The Real Shave Co. cream? Excellent product, found at just about any Rite Aid drugstore, and cheaper than anything on your list.

I actually would have to order it, as I've never found it my local Rite Aid! I live in a shaving desert. Even though I live in a big city, the Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart, Target and Sally's Beauty do not sell any shaving products that don't come in a can or cartridge. Williams soaps and VDH Deluxe sets are the exception, as they pop up from time to time. I will keep The Real Shaving Co. cream in mind though, thanks!

This. It has knocked several other creams out of the way and is one of my top creams.

Do you have a TJ-Maxx nearby? They carry The Real Shaving Company. It's nothing fancy, but provides a great shave.

I'm guessing I do as I am in a major city. I can tell you though, I'll never go there unless I already happen to be there. Again, going back to the Shaving Desert analogy, every time someone on a forum has said, "go to xxxx they have it there" They don't. So, I've found it easier to shop online for things like this.

    Proraso Green.

    Why?
It just has everything I could want in a croap.
