I really like Cyril R Salter creams. I have both Almond and French Vetiver. And they’re both excellent performing creams.

I think this is the lesson to take away from this thread. That being said, I'm way down with Proraso Blue and Art Of Shaving Oud. Both check all the boxes, but the AOS costs more than Proraso. I guess AOS is more "high end".

I use the Proraso way more often.

Castle Forbes are great, great creams! I got Lavander and 1445. Hard to sad which one is better.

Lavander is IMHO the best scent of all lavander soaps/dream, so Natural, with just hint of earth. Just like lavander in the backyard of my mother in law.

I think they also have menthol

Couldn't tell you where to get it.

You could get it on amazon. Comes from a place in Spain. Will cost 13.90 for shipping.

Well that does put it in the 'high end' category for sure.

No menthol. Don't let the "Ice Blue" fool you.
I got mine from Connaught. They don't carry it anymore though. Gifts and Care is out of stock too. Maybe it's going away?

Spoke too soon. There is an "Ice Fresh" version with menthol. You can get it here. €2.60 + €7.50 US shipping. That's $11.43 if you bought just the one item. Plus your credit card fees of course.

Though I'm really happy with my Art of Shaving Cream, as far the expensive goes I think Acqua di Parma Collezione Barbiere cost around $69 would take a spot!
