Where else do you find Boreal?

Shoebox Shaveshop will not be restocking Boreal brushes. I'm guessing that is the only US distributor? I had returned my 976 right as he sold the last one. Anyone got ideas?

Yep, razor and brush ended up selling their inventory to Gary at Shoebox.

Boreal are not as good as Semogue, Omega or Koh-I-Noor imho. I gave my 976 away for cost of shipping. I could not get it too work.

I like the semogue okay, but prefer the Boreal 976. Nothing beats it's backbone and density.

There is no doubting the backbone. You say you returned your 976??

I will ask around for you. I know of a chap that had one and like me could not get on with it. It will, obviously be second hand ,though not used too much.

Yeah, it shed like a VDH. Several hairs per shave. By the time I sent it in, he had sold his last one.

I appreciate your help. I have a Omega 31064 that I have for trade. Or cash. Which ever.

As if by magic a boreal owner appears. Ill trade/sell it. PM me.

2 - 3 mm of lacquer is missing off some of the top edge but otherwise it's in reasonable shape.

Well, I thought I'd resurrect this thread as I've also been looking for a Boreal 976 --- just to try it out.

Anyone have one they don't mind selling?

    Cheers!
