Please don't perceive this as negative. I am frustrated and need some direction please. I am new at this and looking for a good, dependable, informative source. I don't think I am very difficult at all to take care of. If there is something I don't understand I drop a note to the online business in their "Contact Us" service area. Sometimes I get a response but most frequently it either takes days or most likely I never hear from them. Just this week I had a Rooney brush in the checkout area but couldn't get their PROMO COUPON to work that they had listed on the top of the page. That was four days ago and still haven't heard from them. I placed an order with one for over $200 and would have been $300 if they had answered a question. If you can point me to an online retailer that you have been successful with I would appreciate it. Thank you! Bob
