Which valet autostrop or am I thinking of another razor ?

Hello all which valet autostrop can also use a injector blade instead of the style they were meant to use ? I want to find one because the injector blades work better for me because I can't find any of the other blades that will work for me.. I currently don't have any style of autostrop so this will be my first when I find one...

 

I havent heard anyone hacking and using a injector blade only gem blades and the modern feather fhs blades i think. I have an extra valet autostrop and can send it your way with a gem blade if you want it. Its easy to modify

i have only used Feather FHS10 in my valet razors.decent blades..

 

I may be thinking of another razor.. Maybe a christy or something..

 

Is there an early valet that didn't have cutouts on the head for a blade or again am I thinking christy ?

The one I know of that people do use injector blades in is the Enders razors.

 

VC1

 

AFAIK, Valet Auto Strop razors do not use injector blades and use Feather blades (carbon or stainless steel) without modification.

 

A1, A2, B1, B2, VB1, VC1 will take despined GEM blades. Later models will take injectors or GEMs, but the blade tray has to be permanently modified, so it won't take the original blades.
