Who is your favorite artisan soap maker?

Here is my biggest single catch, ten pucks from an ad on Craigslist that date to the mid-late 60's.

 

Fair enough. I use the word "favorite" quite loosely. It is interesting to see what people choose and claim as their favorite and for what reasons.

That is quite a score! Were they local too?

 

I didn't know they had Craigslist in the '60s. Musta been much lower tech in those days.

 

Received my order from Stirling Soap. Excellent product! Did a test lather with Stirling spice, super easy to lather, great smelling and very slick! Rods soaps keep on getting better! I also bought bath soap.

 

Oh, haha. Yeah, I asked who instead of asking what in hopes of avoiding someone answering with a specific soap. I wanted to know which company is a persons favorite. I guess I could have done better.

There's a lot of all-in-fun teasing that goes on around here. But, unlike other boards, there is no harassment or mean-spiritedness. Many posts should be read with an implied smiley at the end of them.
