I just created an account to reply to this. I have been wet shaving for almost two years now and usually hang out on a different forum but recently found this one as well. I ordered three soaps from this company about a year ago and while I absolutely loved the scents and how well they built a lather whenever I put them on my face I immediately got a burning sensation and had to clean them off. The one cheek I did shave before wiping off seemed pretty good but the burning was kind of distracting. Now on the other side of that review the lather was great, the scents were very strong bordering on too strong but not quite, and third they give you a generous amount which lasts a long time. Now you may ask how I know they last a long time and to answer that I passed these three soaps on to a friend of mine to try incase it was just my face that was sensitive and he absolutely loves them. I checked in with him a couple days ago and he has barely made a dent in them. Before I gave them to him I had milled them down and pressed them into a tin so they were softened a little bit but are still holding up strong. I recommend checking them out but if you have sensitive skin it may not be for you.
I use the beard oil, and I am still trying to find the scent that I like the best. I do enjoy the Walkabout scent which has the leather notes in it, which I think is great. Due to the beard, I do not use the shave soaps so I can't comment on that. Also like the victory scent, my wife loves it. The scents are strong, but not too strong.
Every time I see this thread, I'm reminded of the items I have in my Etsy cart. I'll push the buy button soon.
I use their aftershave, got the 3 scent sampler. It's Elementary and Munitions smell wonderful, still not sold on Death or Glory. UT, they all work wonderful as aftershave
