why do Native Americans never have beards

    Hi all
    Why do you never see a Native American with a beard
    In films pictures real live
    Are missing some thing
    Do thay have a secret we dont know ?

    Many ethnic groups have different traits. Some have curly hair, some straight and some no hair at all. Some Native Americans and some Asians are almost hairless and don't. Have facial hair. While almost all Europeans grow hair. It's just part of what makes us different.

    Correct. Genetically, native Americans are facial hair free, although many tribes have sparse hair today due to all of the Spanish blood introduced back in the 1500s and 1600s.

    I believe Garrett hit upon it in his previous post. There are American Indians who do have beards/facial hair but the genetic tendency tend to run towards lighter (sparse) hair growth.
    Perhaps one the main reasons I attribute my beard growth being fairly light
