Mine's taken of my actual firefighter helmet badge.

 

Mine is actually from an old shaving cream ad from the mid to late '50s. It bears a striking resemblance to Dennis the Menace's dad from that same era…pipe, glasses & all.

 

Reminds me of Robert Young. No glasses, but..

 

I believe this is only my third avatar since joining way back when. Thanks to @Slipperyjoe and @richgem for my current avatar.

Does anyone remember the TV series "MAYA", starring a somewhat older Jay North than when he was Dennis? Maya was their pet elephant.

 

I like the penguins, squirrels, and geezers.

 

We seem to have plenty of all three categories here!

 

Being a Washington Capitals fan, that takes out the Penguins for me (lol).

Ive seen that vid a buncha times snd i still crack up everytime one-eye gets slugged.

 

I love the den because someone mentioned cookies, yet I can't seem to find any.
