    I must have good water. Williams lathers well for me, and I am not offended by the scent. It's a good soap.

    I have very soft water and don't have any of the problems others seem to have with Williams.

    It was the white handle! I get good lather using my black handle Boar brush with hard water.

    Williams can only be lathered using counter-clockwise swirls. It helps to be left handed.;)
