    I favor a matte finish for certain restored blades. Hi-gloss mirror finishes work on some razors, but you'll find not only are they a far more work to achieve, they often reveal or enhance previously 'hidden' flaws on the blade or tang surface.

    Great work! Matte finish looks great, and looks appropriate for the razor as well.
