Since the gyms have been closed for a while, I have had to modify my workouts. I havent lifted weights in a while, but have been doing a lot of bike riding. Today, in the morning, I went for an easy 14.5 mile ride, on my mountain bike. Late in the afternoon, my wife wanted to go on a short ride, so we did a 9.7 mile ride, at an easier pace. ..
I do some light stretching in the morning before my shower. I do need to get back to my upper-body stretches that I do here at home before going to the gym.
The gym is open here, temperature check and you have to wear a mask. Every other treadmill is closed and no gx until next week. Today I warmed up on the treadmill then legs and stomach,, it’s nice since not many people are the gym.

2.6 mile walk on the greenbelt. No bike ride today, because of the weather. It was in the 80's with sweltering humidity. So humid, there was a haze hanging in the woods I walk in, even at 4pm.
