11 mile bike ride. A couple of them through a wooded park, by a lake. Very relaxing.

 

Don't forget your mask and social distancing.

 

On a bicycle?? That would be just plain silly. Like wearing a mask and gloves, while driving your car, alone. Silly.

 

It was meant to be silly. That said I've seen people taking walks in the park by themselves with mask and gloves.

12.5 mile bike ride through the greenbelts, then a few miles of riding through the woods. All with the wife. So, a nice relaxing pace.

 

I went to the park for a shoot & moved the target out to 40M (from 30M) today. The eventual goal is 50M.

 

Chopsticks. Many repetitions. My hands feel much stronger now. My stomach is starting to look like my biceps used to look when I flexed.

On the positive side, I bought bikes for my son and I. After a few minor repairs we ought to be riding the Greenway and river trails soon enough. Plenty of social distancing and fresh air to be had.
