    Mike,
    I'd be honest with you. That is really not apples to apples IMO. Excellent condition w/ case, etc maybe but resell value on the slant are fairly high and even a nice slim can be had for lower $20's. Just my 2 cents though;)

    Depends. You can pick up a 37c for around $30 brand new. I'm looking for a slant that has been relegated to the back of the rotation, that isn't being used and needs a new home.

    Seems like a reasonable trade to me.
