There's something about that razor that just doesn't look right - Are those scales on backwards?? James.
To be perfectly honest, if the shipping to Sweden was less I would have bid on it to harvest the scales...
I didn't even notice that they were backwards, I was too busy laughing at the shaving uses for it, maybe it was used for "finger shaving" by earlier metro-sexuals?
I don't know straights, but I know there's something wrong here. There are "Stubby" screwdrivers, are there "Stubby" Razors? Maybe suitable for use by a mohel? I could go on all night, I full of 'em
Yeah, let's keep it clean, folks. Still, it is hard not to come up with some joke about that unfortunate blade. Obviously the only thing it's good for is the scales. And even then, from the pics you can't see the other side. They might be nicked or cracked. (Kinda like the poor soul who is offering this razor! )
My sincere apologies if I offended anyone, as I had no intention of that. The thread at SRP is a serious one, discussing a shaving-related problem that some individuals have, and the term is used as a commonly-accepted euphemism for the more proper medical terms, which (for reasons which I can't fathom) some people find offensive. And in fact, the word isn't even being used correctly. But that's there, not here; forgive my ignorance of TSD's version of Strunk & White. Presumably, I will avoid this problem in the future by refraining from humorous comment.
