Saw this on Shapologist. It looks like someone may have discovered the next frontier of cart shaving... heated blades. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1666771458/smartrazor-with-heated-blades-for-the-perfect-shav
Yep, and it was one characteristic of going to cold water. Hot blades, razor burns, caused some of the irritation, along with carts.
But, but, but... "It is scientifically proven through comprehensive laboratory testing that SmartRazor's warm blades slice through hair up to 200% easier than other brand's non-heated blades." Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
According to the kickstarter page a pack of 4 replacement blades will set you back +$26.00. That is $6.50.each cart. Not happening. And besides, they have 27 days to raise $92,450. I honestly don't think they will get the money they want. Sent from my LGLS775 using Tapatalk
I bought a Merkur Classic 33c for $20.00 and a 100 pack of Astra SS for around $10.50. I'll stick with my gear and let another sucker buy the Heaterazor !!!
That's for their next kickstarter To call a device "smart" these days and not offer wifi or even bluetooth Sent from my Samsung Galaxy Tab using Tapatalk
