Your Stuck on an Island.....

Your stuck on a deserted Island with a sink and you can have one of each to help you survive. 1 razor, 1 cream/soap and 1 brush. What would they be?

I would grow a beard and repurpose my shaving gear towards surviving tools... I.e. the blade as a signal flash to attract planes and such...gutting fish...shaving thin pieces of what ever green foliage is around into strips to tie bigger pieces into shelter or clothing etc.etc.I would worry about shaving after I got rescued.

 

Oh. I know it was just a question in general about if you could only have 1 of each, no matter where you are, what would you have with you.(favorites) Thought the island scenario was funny bc obviously that would never happen.

Funny, I think I might be liking Provence Sante over MWF. I never thought I'd say this because tallow is king but Provence Sante is a darn good soap...

 

Psssst, craftsman has tallow ,. And it is only 8 bux a bar.

 

I would take 1 de blade and put it on a stick like this. The saltwater could cleanse any cuts or irritation.

41 Bulldog (R41 with Shavecraft handle...allowing me to shave less often to preserve blades)
Muhle Rytmo in Black Fibre (bugs will be less susceptible to be attracted to it as it is synthetic, not animal product)
MWF (it lasts forever and is perfume free, therefore it won't attract wild things as easily)

 

A machete
Coconut oil

Me answering this is like asking a 3 year old what their favorite color is but for the fun of it...

Peter Ludwig keen boss ( probably my best shaving straight to date)
Proraso green - lathers easy for me
Whipped dog silvertip ivory handle (really like this brush)

 

Any razor, any soap, any cream, any brush. Doesn't really matter all that much.
Given time and necessity, pretty much any combination can be dialed in easily enough.

I would take my Pils DE Razor
Semogue brush
Proraso Green Soap
And find a box of Gillette silver blue blades that washed up on shore.
