I tried my newest favorite today - Proraso green. -In terms of fragrance, I like Proraso green and Stirling Executive Man the best, followed closely by Proraso red. Clubman also smells surprisingly nice. -In terms of performance, Proraso, Stirling, Ginger's Garden, and The Shave Den are all really great. They don't dry my skin out like other alcohol splashes. If balms are fair game, then Proraso white outperforms all of the others by an enormous margin. It doesn't really have much of a fragrance but it's extremely moisturizing and soothing. It can almost completely alleviate razor burn and irritation. If I had to pick one splash and one balm to use for the rest of my life, I would pick Proraso green and white. If I only had to pick one aftershave period, then I'd pick Proraso white. I still have a few more on my wish list but they have some tough contenders to surpass.
Where do you live then? I think splashes are sold in most regions? Unless you are deployed somewhere remote, of course.
I can't handle anything with alcohol in it so my post shave of choice is Geo F Trumpers skin food. The West Indian Limes scent.
My skin doesn't seem to be bothered by any kind of abuse, so most days I don't use aftershave. But the bottle I've got right now is very good. Floid Mentolado Suave. Not only is the smell of menthol very potent, you can feel it. I guess if menthol isn't your thing, stay away.
I have too many that I like and it all depends on the mood but this is one that I can and do use often. Not only as an AS but as an all over splash after the evening shower:

My favorite is actually a mix, right now. The main scent comes from the Soap Commander Endurance balm, which goes on top of some TOBS Eton College aftershave splash my wife gifted me. It's such a nice mix of scents...
