I'd like to consider add a new production safety razor to my routine, but generally eschew anything made in China. If you like China-made or don't care about the origin of your purchases, then carry on, this thread is not for you. Are there any DE razors made in Europe, or in the Americas?
↪Hone from the Netherlands, ↪Seygus from Spain, ↪Barbaros and ↪Rocnel from Turkey come to mind immediately.
Edwin Jagger, UK Mühle, Germany Merkur, Germany Rockwell, Canada/US Feather, Japan Ikon, Thailand Parker, India I believe that many of the store brand razors, such as Maggard's, are manufactured by Parker in India.
Look at Timeless, pricy but make from all stainless steel block. Very good looking razor made in the U.S.A.
Thanks. I knew Edwin Jager was a UK brand, I didn't know they actually manufacture the razors in the UK. That's good to know thanks.
that's not what the owner says, he claims the razors are manufactured here in the US, except if he lies about it...
