I love my Magic shavette from Sallys. I use it both for trimming and for full face shaves in a rotation. I tested it trimming for good bit before the full shaves to make sure the blade would stay secure and not wiggle. I don't know how similar a thin de blade would translate into straights, but agree that the handling and coordination ideas could be very useful. Theyre just fun to shave with, aren't they?! I agree, they are fun to shave with. I am becoming more comfortable with shaving with this, but I still go very slow and take my time. Because I'm taking my time I get to enjoy the shave a lot longer than I did with DEs or SEs.

Agreed for sure on the taking our time with them. And I like the way you look t it...more time for our hobby!
