Breakfast..

All-Bran Original Cereal, OJ, and still on my coffee.

 

Ham, cheddar and egg burrito and a cup of coffee.

 

Monday morning in the Caf, "Battle Breakfast" is on the menu(Steak & Eggs).

 

Breakfast this morning at Ruth Ann's, downtown Columbus GA, Est. 1959...

 

Great lookin' breakfast!
A little too carb heavy for this guy in the morning, but I wouldnt mind partaking of that plate on occasion!

 

An exciting bowl of oatmeal....

 

Looks more like porridge with oats.

 

I had a Pastrami, Egg and Cheese sandwich. Beats bacon ham and sausage. Try one sometime. I plan on trying Corned Beef eventually instead of the Pastrami.

 

Breakfast, no lunch and dinner out tonight

 

Looks good, but where is the bacon and grits?

 

This morning’s breakfast was some Home made buttermilk biscuits, with sawmill gravy.

I had oatmeal a couple of days ago, love it.

My wife and I have made it a point to have breakfast together for a better part of 25+ years, when possible. Which is basically all the time.
It really does something good for our relationship and or sanity.
Today she got up, showed, dressed, makeup, not tooooo much and went to Safeway for some fresh rolls, came home whipped up some eggs with a bunch of good healthy stuff and made a sandwich. Yes, I ate two. and I'm stuffed.
Eat breakfast with your partner, dog, cat or complete stranger.
It will keep you sane.
