Ok. I thought maybe you were hunting something, like laying out salt blocks for deer. I feel better now.
I suppose the answer is "yes" to the first question and "maybe" to the second question. Most of us have enough soap to last well into the next century and consider it a blessing when we use more than we actually need on any given day.

If it matters, it did whip up into a nice lather but I dumped it. It had dried down to a nice nearly powdery consistency.
