Always preferred my caterpillars sautéed in a little garlic butter myself - unless very very fresh. Hard to get good fresh caterpillar nowadays...
That's a good one; reminds me of one time going through the salad line in the military. There was a big roach crawling in the lettuce. I'll eat alot of things, but no roaches.
