    Never heard of 'em. That twin spiral in antique copper really caught my eye, though!

    I've seen some of his postings before, but never bothered to take a close look until now. Sure looks like he's pairing the Pearl/Cadet/Matador heads with his own unique handles. Looks interesting.

    The antique bronze was the first to catch my eye.

    They look nice, but I can't see paying $85 for a Cadet when you can buy nice handled cadets for $17.

    I tend to agree, but I'm sure there are plenty of enthusiasts who would bite. Basically you're paying for a nice handle, and the heads are thrown in. If I wanted a nice handle, there are others out there in the same price range that I like better.

    I agree with most. I've not seen them before, but they are very aesthetically pleasing. I just think the cost is not reasonable. Unless they shave phenomenally.

    That's how I view all Cadets. Still prefer the $17.95 handles to the $85 handles.

    It would be nice if they sold the handles separately.

    Even if it's a great razor I'm too cheap to spend 85 bucks on a single razor.

    At $75 the SS handles are in the same price ball park as Weber, they are attractive and I think worth the price. The copper and bronze handles while also really nice are a bit overpriced IMO. Also the price doesn't change for copper/bronze handles if you only want the handle. It also bothers me a little that the site seems to portray solid bar and closed comb heads as being the same when they are not!
    EJ89= solid bar head
    Gillette "NEW"= open comb head
    Gem 1912= closed comb head
    I've heard Muhle R41 heads described as closed comb or hybrid heads.

    I like the idea of razors being made in different metals. They look nice.
