A big bowl of Thai Jasmine rice, the best in the world, and a big pot of Dragon Well tea. I've been cooking Asian for at least thirty years, and some of my Chinese friends say I cook better than they do. Imagine that?
Had a BBQ. Dry Rub/hickory smoked ribs for 3 1/2 hours. Fresh burgers made from 20% ground chuck, Johnsonville Brats, Hebrew National Dogs. Homemade potato & egg, potato, bacon & blue cheese, macaroni, cole slaw and broccoli salads. Samuel Smith Nut Brown Ale for me and soda/iced tea for everyone else.
