Egg Nog soap?

Someone was inquiring on B&B about an egg-nog scented shaving soap. I know most of the egg nod fragrance oils I've seen at crafts stores and whatnot have smelled rather sickly, but I wonder, Joanna, if crafting an "Egg Nog Accord" is something you could tackle in the wake of your successful "AV Type"? I know I'd buy some soap (and maybe EDT!) for the holidays!

 

If you had it ready for next Christmas, I'd be just as happy! If you can make something that smells more like egg nog than the "egg nog scented" stuff that always crops up everywhere around Christmas, you'll be golden!

I am a big fan of her Gingerbread cream, yum.

 

Egg Nog scent -- probably a mix of Rum and Cloves.

 

Rum, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla . . . the "creaminess" is what's always missing, but I'm sure she can manage, given her Gingerbread Cream . . .

Any progress in this area? Egg Nog a go or maybe for next year?

 

I can already imagine what the end result is going to smell like.Was going to order some of the lime soaps,but going to hold and wait till your eggnog is finished.Please inform me by PM if you could.Looking forward for a shave with this stuff.This ought put me in the xmas mood!:thanks
