Gillette Slim

I'm curious. What settings on the slim correspond to a blue flair tip, plain silver flair tip and a red flair tip?

I've got a Slim, 2 Fat Boys and 2 SA's and prefer the fat boys over the others. It's a matter of personal preference. Have fun with your slim!

As for the doors, it's just easier to adjust the razor with the doors loosened.

I used my birth year and quarter in today's shave.
I also have my grandad's(h1) slim.
love them both, always set mine to 7.

 

For me the 195 Fatboy gives me a superior shave to my near mint 64' Slim. I do prefer more aggresive razors typically though.
