Would love to be able to communicate in more than just two languages. Although I have had extensive training in the german language. I have forgotten 95.7% of it.

I've been speaking German all my life because when I was a kid, my parents always spoke to me in that language. Yourself, I would imagine you would be proficient in the 2 other Scandinavian languages because they are quite similar to yours.

That is true. Most Scandinavians are able to understand each other, although the Danish language may be somewhat of a challenge from time to time.
